Who Are We?
We are ATOM Robotics, a community robotics team from Atlanta, GA. Every year, our team designs, codes and builds a robot for FIRST Tech Challenge, as well as showcase our work in the community, volunteer, and create opportunities for students to learn about STEM. Our mission is to link humanity, technology, and the environment by positively energizing the generation of engineers.
What is FIRST Tech Challenge?
FIRST Tech Challenge is an international STEM competition for students grades 7-12. Every year, FIRST releases a new game, and a team of up to fifteen students must develop a robot and compete in tournaments.
The ultimate goal of the program is for students to learn not only to build robots, but also how develop interpersonal skills, time management, sportsmanship and have fun! You can learn more about FIRST Tech Challenge here.
